BIO
I'm an all-terrain bicultural creative with international experience ranging from small boutique studios in Dublin to big advertising agencies in Madrid, London, and now Dallas. I've worked for brands such as Apple, McDonald’s, Play Station, Chevrolet, Manchester United, Banco Santander or Ben & Jerry’s.
I started my professional life as a journalist in my home country, Spain, working as a press officer for the Basque social-democrats in the Spanish Parliament. Yet, I was always more interested in creative practice.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a range of creative disciplines – from Graphic Design and Branding to Retail, Digital, Social Media, and Advertising. No matter the field, creative excellence has always been at the core of my work. For the past six years, I’ve worked as a Creative (ACD > CD | Art Direction) at LERMA/ here in Dallas, primarily for Avocados From Mexico.
I've always considered myself both a thinker and a maker, a creative problem solver. Professionally, I aspire to help the brands I work on make their audiences feel something. Not all of my best thinking sees the light of day, and that’s okay, because I genuinely love the process: taking an idea from a spark to some level of realization.
I'm a published author in both Spain and the US, with a book titled 'Reading Quirks,' a comic strip about bookish nerds and the weird things they do around books. I also ran a bookstore here in Dallas for 4 years. What can I say, I really like books.
